Our quality sandblasting services

Sand and Shot Blasting Services:

Sand/Shot blasting (Abrasive blasting) is the process of erosion of a surface by shooting particles of an abrasive material at high speed using compressed air. This method is generally used to remove rust and old paint during the surface preparation phase before a new paint job or powder coating.

Glass Bead Blasting:

Bead blasting is the same as sand/shot blasting except that the abrasive material used is glass. The glass gives a polished finish to any aluminium and stainless steel product.

On-site blasting:

A portable diesel powered compressor is used as an air supply for sandblasting purposes on your own premises.

Powder Coating:

Powder Coating is the process of applying “paint”, in the form of a powder, to a metal surface. This application method uses a spray gun, which applies an electrostatic charge to the powder particles, which are then attracted to the grounded part. After the application of the powder coating, the parts enter an oven where the coating chemically reacts to result in a high density durable coating.

A wide variety of colours are available.

General light metal fabrication:

Any general steel product can be fabricated on request.
